Job Description:

 

  • Manage, optimize and analyze our core platforms, including Salesforce CRM & Email Marketing, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Analyze marketing, sales & support data using tools like Looker Studio, Google Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Sustain expert-level knowledge of the product and its domain.
  • Create and maintain interactive training material for customers using tools like EasyGen, HeyGen and Simulators.
  • Support the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize AI tools and frameworks, such as Gemini, to conduct research, enhance content, optimize workflows, and explore innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events remotely and also in-person with timely executed promotions and logistics including working with various vendors

 

Requirements:

 

  • Graduates with a background in CS/ CSE/ EEE, Business major in Business Analytics and Information Systems /Computer Information Management (CIM)/ Information Technology Management (ITM), Statistics or related fields.

  • Technical, Analytical & Digital Aptitude:

    • Digital literacy & comfort with Softwares

    • Data management & related skills 

    • Familiarity and comfort with evolving AI Tools and Frameworks

    • Understanding of relational elements

  • Communication & Collaboration Skills:-
