Job Description:

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms that are aligned with company objectives.

Research & maintain existing marketing technology, customer acquisition strategies and integrate new tools for automation in CRM (Salesforce).

Help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.

Coordinate the planning and execution of events remotely and also in-person with timely executed promotions and logistics including working with various vendors.

Utilize AI tools to conduct research, generate ideas, create visuals, and summarize content, while developing strategic reports and visualizations for analyzing data to uncover trends.
Requirements:
- Graduates with a background in business, marketing, IT or related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (including instructional and informational business writing).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with a focus on improving processes and suggesting creative solutions.
- Strong business & analytical mindset.
- Creative enthusiasts who stay updated on trends and deliver targeted, effective marketing campaigns.
- Ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging and informative marketing campaigns.
- Keen for research and ability to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly.
- Proficient in Data Analytics Tools (Ex: Excel, Spreadsheet).
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- A collaborative individual who actively contributes to a positive team environment and is open and responsive to questions, feedback, and constructive criticism.
