Job Description:

•  Key Responsibilities / Tasks
• Translate website design wireframes to actual code that will produce a working website
• Customize SalesForce web forms in terms of style and features
• Customize Wordpress core files. themes, and plugins
• Research and implement third party tools for wordpress integration.
• Know-how in setting up Google custom search engine, Google tags, and customizing reports in Google analytics
• Know-how in setting up third party tools for personalized webpage content
• Know-how in implementing woocommerce, payment gateway, avalara, etc in wordpress
•  Requirements:
• Interaction design understanding, with a passion for usability and web accessibility
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive Design. 
• Familiarity with REST API
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Familiarity with Bootstrap is a plus
• Sound knowledge about API integrations with Wordpress CMS
• Strong working knowledge of various WordPress custom themes and plug-ins.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript. Understanding of Javascript Libraries and Frameworks is a plus
• Solid understanding of server-side language  (PHP & MySQL)
• Basic understanding about webmaster tools
• Good understanding of SEO principles and implementation
• Good problem solving skills
  
  Preference will be given to Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Technology and a strong portfolio that displays technical ability. Demonstrated ability with HTML/CSS, Content Management Systems (especially Wordpress), and/or web development.
