Job Description: 

• Prepare user guides, release notes, and reference documentations
• Develop innovative tutorials for website
• Interact with users of the system to explain complex technical issues
• Communicate user feedback to developers to help design a better product
• Prepare responses to RFPs and other business proposals

• Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
