What You’ll Do:

You won’t just be "making things look pretty." You’ll be a key part of our digital presence by:

• Designing Across Mediums: Creating visually stunning email campaigns, digital adverts, and high-converting landing pages.

• Building Web Experiences: Assisting in the design and layout of modern, responsive websites.

• Collaborating: Working closely with the team to ensure all designs align with our brand identity and business objectives.

• UX Focus: Applying user-centered design principles to ensure every project is as functional as it is beautiful.

What We’re Looking For

We value potential and a strong foundational toolkit. Our ideal candidate has:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related HCI field.

• Toolbox: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• AI-Assisted Ideation: Experience leveraging AI tools (such as Gemini, Google stitch, Figma Make, or Adobe Firefly) to brainstorm, conceptualize, and rapidly iterate on visual solutions.

• Eye for Detail: A keen sense of typography, color theory, and layout.

• Communication: The ability to explain your design choices and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Portfolio: A showcase of your work (academic projects or internships) that demonstrates your visual problem-solving skills.
