We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and user experience (UX). They will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our branding and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative director/stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  
  

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  
  

• Design website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive elements.
  
  

• Ensure responsive design for optimal viewing on different devices.
  
  

• Optimize website performance and accessibility for a seamless user experience.
  
  

• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design or a related field.
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience in web design.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  
  

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
  
  

• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  
  

• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
  
  

• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
